Let's try to catch this up!

When I created this blog, my intention was to have a space that went beyond simply showcasing my work. I wanted a place where I could connect more closely with you, just as I used to with my audience on my old website. So, I’m giving it another shot.

With this post, I want to bring those of you who visit up to speed on how things are going and share some updates about the website.

Latest Updates

I’ve updated the site with some pieces that were missing, which I painted earlier this year (though there are still more to add!). Here’s a glimpse of what’s already up:

  • Horus Ascended from Warhammer 40k.

  • Goblin Boss from Age of Sigmar.

  • Nurgle Diorama from Age of Sigmar.

  • Mercenary in Big Scale.

Looking Ahead

As the year comes to a close, I want to share a little preview of my current project: an incredible Ork army for Warhammer 40k. It includes tons of figures, machines, and loads of metal that any true Oldhammer fan will appreciate. There’s still a lot left to paint, and I’ll keep you updated here on the progress!

Personal Projects

On the personal side, I’m currently working on this Nurgle monster. My original idea was to include it in the diorama or unit I presented at the Golden Demon (if you’re interested, I have several videos on how I created it on my YouTube channel, CHK MINIS).

However, due to its size and composition, it didn’t quite fit, so I decided to leave it out. Now, I’m taking my time to refine the colors and prepare it as a standalone piece for Age of Sigmar, with the goal of entering it into next year’s Golden Demon.

My plan is to rework the figure even further by adding bits from Maggotkin and Death Guard that I have lying around. I’ll probably remove the blade and replace it with a glorious banner to honor the Great Father Nurgle. I’ll keep you posted as I make progress!

Campanillo "The Bell of Nurgle"

That’s all for today. Next Sunday, I’ll be back with more updates, process photos, and news. Until then, may the paint keep flowing on your minis!
